Return & Exchange Policy


WE ACCEPT ALL RETURNS, HOWEVER, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS

An order may be exchange for another product of your choice, of similar value, within 14 days of order delivery. 

You will receive a store gift card to purchase an exchange item. 
Sale items are excluded from exchanges. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at customerservice@taylorspade.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
